Provider Vetting Process

Less than 30% of applicants are accepted. Every provider goes through:

Identity Verification

Thai national ID or valid work permit. Every ID is cross-checked against national databases.

Criminal Background Check

Police clearance certificate required. Renewed annually for all active providers.

Professional Certification Review

Certificates checked for validity and accreditation. Expired or fake certificates = automatic rejection.

Skills Assessment

Practical assessment or in-person demonstration before approval — category dependent.

Interview

Video or in-person interview to assess professionalism, communication, and attitude.

Ongoing Monitoring

Ratings monitored monthly. Providers below 4.0 stars are paused and reviewed.
