Universal Requirements (All Categories)

Identity verification is mandatory for all providers.

Criminal Background Check
We run a police clearance check on every applicant — no exceptions.

Mobile Phone & Internet Access
Required to use the Veyya Provider App and receive bookings.

Bangkok Residence
Must be based in or near one of our 5 coverage zones.

Professional Equipment
You must own and maintain professional-grade tools for your category.

Commitment to Hygiene Standards
Sterilised tools, clean linens, and PPE where applicable.
Category-Specific Certifications
Beauty & Nails
- • Nail technician certificate from accredited institution
- • Min. 1 year experience
- • Full nail kit including UV lamp
Massage Therapy
- • Thai Ministry of Health massage licence
- • Min. 150 hours training
- • Clean uniform and portable mat/table
Hair Styling
- • Professional hair styling certificate
- • Min. 2 years salon experience
- • Own professional kit
Fitness & Yoga
- • Internationally recognised PT or yoga certification
- • First aid certification
- • Min. 1 year client experience
Cleaning
- • Veyya Skills Assessment (provided during onboarding)
- • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals & COSHH
- • Own equipment or platform-approved kit
Home Services (AC, Handyman)
- • Trade qualification or 3+ years demonstrated experience
- • MEA electrical licence for electrical work
- • Own professional tools
