1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Veyya platform, operated by Veyya Co., Ltd. ("Veyya", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Veyya, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Veyya operates an online platform connecting customers with independent home service providers in Bangkok, Thailand. Veyya is a technology platform and is not itself a service provider; services are performed by independent third-party providers.
3. User Accounts
You must register an account to book services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to provider availability and confirmation. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay and is inclusive of 7% VAT (applicable until September 2026). Payment is collected securely at the time of booking through our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor; we never store your full card number.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel a booking from your account. Refunds are based on how far ahead of the scheduled start time you cancel: more than 24 hours before — 100% refund; 12 to 24 hours before — 75% refund; 2 to 12 hours before — 50% refund; less than 2 hours before, or a no-show — no refund. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to anti-abuse review. Documented emergencies are considered case by case.
6. Provider Conduct
Providers are independent contractors, not Veyya employees. We vet providers before they join the platform, but Veyya is not liable for provider conduct beyond the scope of our platform protection policy.
7. Tips
Any tip you choose to add is passed in full to your provider. Veyya takes no portion of tips.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Veyya's liability arising from a booking is limited to the value of that booking. Veyya is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong, raise a dispute within 72 hours of service completion through the platform. We aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly, and smaller disputes may be auto-resolved under our published process.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
