Your Privacy Is Our Priority


Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล) came into full effect in 2022. At Veyya, we have built privacy into the platform from day one — not as an afterthought.


What Data We Collect


We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:


  • **Contact information** — name, phone number, LINE ID (for notifications)
  • **Location data** — your service address (not tracked continuously)
  • **Booking history** — used to personalise recommendations
  • **Payment data** — processed securely by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner; we never store full card numbers

  • What We Never Do


  • We never sell your data to third parties
  • We never share your address with providers beyond what is needed for your booking
  • We do not track your location outside of active bookings

  • Your Rights Under PDPA


    As a Veyya customer, you have the right to:


  • **Access** — request a copy of all data we hold about you
  • **Correction** — update any inaccurate information
  • **Deletion** — request erasure of your data
  • **Portability** — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • **Objection** — opt out of marketing communications at any time
